Do I need an appointment?
No. Drop in during opening hours – advice and fittings take place in the shop.
How long do alterations take?
Standard alterations are usually ready after two days. Express alterations take 1–2 hours, at no extra charge.
Can cleaning be done sooner?
Same-day cleaning is not always possible. On request, we can clean your clothes by the next day.
Are prices agreed in advance?
Website prices are starting prices. We agree the final price and collection date with you before starting work.
Can I pay by card?
No, we accept cash in euros or Swiss francs.
Where can I park?
Free with a parking disc: up to 1 hour on Hauptstraße, up to 1.5 hours in the public car park to the right of the shop.
