We shorten the length, adjust the waist, straps, and sleeves, and replace zippers. We also check the workmanship on lace, delicate fabrics, and multiple layers. Please bring your wedding shoes with you to the fitting.

We'll adjust the fit, neckline, and sleeves, and discuss how your dress can be altered. Whether a dress can be made wider depends on seam allowances, material, and cut.

If a repair seems difficult
Bring your garment in even if you have not found a suitable solution yet. We check seams, damage and construction and explain honestly what is possible. We also repair leather clothing.

You can drop by during our opening hours without an appointment – even for express alterations. No prior booking is necessary.
When can I pick up my clothes?
Standard tailoring work is usually ready for collection within two days. Extensive alterations to wedding dresses or garments may require more time and additional fittings. We will confirm the collection date upon receipt of your order.
Do I need to try on the garment?
For precise alterations, a fitting is usually advisable. Please bring along any shoes or accessories that might affect the desired length.
When will the price be determined?
After the inspection. Lining, seam construction, material, zipper and desired design determine the effort required.
Do you repair leather?
Yes. Leather repairs are a separate service; see our leather repair page for details.
Is express processing available?
Yes. Express alterations are ready in 1–2 hours, with no extra charge or advance notice.
